Acceptance of terms
By using EasyTour Club, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. The terms take effect upon account registration.
Service description
EasyTour Club is a B2B platform for travel agencies and operators, providing access to a supplier database, booking tools, analytics and API. The platform is intended exclusively for legal entities and sole traders in the travel industry.
Registration and account
Platform use requires registration with accurate company details. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all actions taken under your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Usage rules
Prohibited: using the platform for illegal purposes, transferring access to third parties, automated data scraping without written permission, any actions that disrupt platform operation or violate the rights of other users and suppliers.
Payment and pricing
Pricing and payment terms are set by the current price list. Payment is made according to the chosen plan. Late payment may result in temporary access restriction. Refunds are handled according to the refund policy in your account dashboard.
Limitation of liability
EasyTour Club acts as an intermediary between agencies and travel service providers. We are not liable for the quality of supplier services, force majeure events, or third-party actions. Maximum platform liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
